Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, and how we care for Kaleste orders from our studio to your doorstep.

How we ship Kaleste orders

Order processing

All Kaleste orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Time or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is submitted, followed by a tracking notification once it ships.

Domestic shipping

We currently ship within the United States from our fulfillment center in Southern California. Available methods include:

  • Standard (USPS First Class or Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days once dispatched.
  • Expedited (USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air): 2–3 business days once dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service you select. Orders over $75 after discounts qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States.

International delivery

International shipping is coming soon. If you would like to be notified when Kaleste begins shipping to your country, please contact us at info@kalestebeauty.com.

Tracking your package

Once your order leaves our facility, we will email a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the confirmation.

Address updates

If you need to adjust your shipping address, reach out to info@kalestebeauty.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After a package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to reroute it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please:

  • Verify the shipping address on your confirmation email.
  • Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted it.
  • Allow 48 hours in case the carrier marks the parcel early.

Still need help? Contact us at info@kalestebeauty.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can investigate. Damaged shipments should be reported immediately with photos of the packaging and items.

Returns & order changes

For details on returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please refer to our refund policy or email the Kaleste care team for assistance.

Kaleste is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control (including weather events or carrier capacity issues). We will always advocate on your behalf to resolve issues quickly.
