Returns & eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept opened or gently used items for hygiene reasons.

- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Products that have been opened or partially used
Return process
Email info@kalestebeauty.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@kalestebeauty.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Depending on availability, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s processed. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please follow the instructions provided by our support team. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless we determine that the issue was our responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
